FACE World Leadership School
FACE World Leadership School, operated under FACE Foundation, is a residential higher secondary institution in Kodiyathur, Calicut District, Kerala. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information provided by students and parents.

Information collected is used for admission processing, academic record maintenance, communication with parents, submission to government and examination bodies as required by law, and institutional documentation. Photographs and videos from campus events may be used in print and digital communications of FACE World Leadership School and FACE Foundation.

We do not sell or share personal information with any third party. Information is shared only with government and regulatory authorities as legally required, with partner institutions for scholarship purposes with parental consent, and with medical personnel during emergencies.

Document Custody
Original academic documents submitted at admission are retained by the institution for the duration of enrolment. They are returned upon course completion or, in the case of discontinuation, only after all dues and obligations are fully settled.
