FACE World Leadership School
These Terms and Conditions set out the admission, parental responsibility, conduct, institutional authority, and governing law policies followed by FACE World Leadership School.
Admission is offered based on assessment and interview at the institution's discretion. It is confirmed only upon payment of the admission fee and submission of required documents. By completing admission, the student and parent confirm they have visited the campus, understood all policies, and agree to all terms.
Parents are responsible for timely fee payment as per deadlines communicated by the institution. Campus visits are permitted on specific days or by prior arrangement with the student's Mentor or Principal. All communication regarding the student will be handled through parents or designated local guardians only.
Students are expected to uphold the discipline of the institution at all times. The campus is substance-free. Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion and referral to legal authorities. Romantic relationships are not permitted. Damage to institutional property will be recovered from the responsible student.
The Institution reserves the right to revise policies, make rules, and take disciplinary decisions as necessary. The Director's decision on all institutional matters is final. The Institution may require a student to leave if their conduct is found detrimental to the campus community, without refund of any fee.
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the State of Kerala. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala.
